*Remove* it. Even better, remove your whole sources.list and create a new one. Add at least:

Remove the CD lines from sources.list and use
apt-cdrom add to add them again.

Good luck with it, mixing packages from repositories and downloaded stuff won't give you the most easy-to-fix problems;)
